Looking for something you can drink during the day and into the night this September? There’s a lot of good reasons to explore the world of cider. It has a long history in the U.S. and the varieties are pretty much endless, which means there's always a new one to try.  

One company, Vermont-based Shacksbury, is pushing the drink into some really interesting places. Considered closer to wine than beer, Shacksbury’s ciders are supremely drinkable, which makes them perfect for an August afternoon, or paired with a whatever is on the grill.
