Our mission was to find a quality knife that is versatile for many different types of oysters, fast, efficient as well as elegant. The "Roger" Oyster Shucker sports a contoured bubinga wood handle, solid brass rivets, a 2 3/8” perfectly ground, hardened, and polished high carbon stainless steel blade and our classic Roger engraved into the handle. We hope you enjoy entertaining guests or just sitting back on the porch cracking up some amazing Wellfleets and Narragansetts as we do.
